Eligibility for Returns

  • Be unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • Have all original packaging and tags (if applicable)

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted for return.

No Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges at this time.
If you would like a different item, color, or size, please return your original item and place a new order separately.

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • The reason for the return

Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

  • Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
